                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN REGION 
                   INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE 
                   OF AN APPROXIMATE 6.24-ACRE TRACT OF LAND 
                   OFF OF WISDOM STREET FOR FOURTEEN THOUSAND, 
                   FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($14,500.00) PER ACRE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       agreement with Southern Region Industrial Property, Inc. for the 
       purchase of an approximate 6.24-acre tract of land off of Wisdom 
       Street for $14,500.00 per acre.
